Jesse D. Daniel

Jesse D. Daniel is an Indiana County native. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and graduated with a degree in Philosophy/Pre-law in 2000. Immediately afterwards he gained acceptance to the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, during which he interned with the Honorable Lester G. Nauhaus of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, and worked in the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in the appellate and general trial sections. He obtained a Juris Doctor in 2003, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar that same year.

Attorney Daniel returned to Indiana County the following year, joining the Serene Law Firm in April of 2004. He practices in the area of general litigation with an emphasis on gas and oil law, including the negotiations of oil and gas leases and litigation involving gas and oil rights. He also handles commercial, real estate and estates and trusts litigation, drawing on work he has done in Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, and across several western Pennsylvania counties to provide the firm’s clients with responsive, high quality legal services. He is admitted to practice law in all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

In 2010 he was elected as Chairman of the Indiana County Republican Party, and serves as its chief executive officer.
